Out-of Network Insurance and Self-Pay Patients
Carolina Mental Health Services gladly accepts self-pay patients.
We require a credit card on file which will only be charged when services are rendered, products are purchased or late or no-show fees apply.
If your insurer is not in-network, they may still offer reimbursement for mental health services. Check with your insurance provider. If you choose, we will provide you with an invoice you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement after services are render.
We accept Amex, Mastercard, VISA and Discover. We also accept FSA and HSA cards.
Psychiatric Evaluation - Self-Pay Rate (About 60 minutes): $275
Follow-Up Appointment - Self-Pay Rate (About 30 minutes): $130
Laboratory Testing
Lab pricing will vary depending on what is being ordered for testing. We have negotiated with Access Medical and LabCorp to bring you the lowest prices.
Paperwork
Paperwork varies in complexity and length depending on the nature and will be billed in 15 minute increments.
